Pacific Beach Properties is the agent for my property owner. If others are looking to put their trust in a company to do good business for them you might want to look elsewhere. Having been a renter in the same unit for going on 3 years with never a late payment and only one maintenance call I was treated disrespectfully when I needed maintenance. I was told I could live somewhere else if I didn't like the way he ran things. He stated that keeping tenants happy was not what he was here to do.
So if you are looking for someone to take care of your properties and tenants you might want to look really close before choosing this company.
