Be aware of PCC USA Vacation Inc. Rip-Off

We got the Seattle - Vancouver package for 2 elderly people. After they came back from a 3 days trip these were the complaints we received: 1. The guide didn't speak English, but Chinese only, so they couldn't understand the whole trip. 2. They were told
to give cash tip to driver, or they will be thrown off the bus The tip amount is in cash and will not be reported to IRS as an income. 3. The restaurants they were taken to eat were authentic Chinese restaurants where all the menus were in Chinese and no one
could explain what should they order. The elderly people didn't eat for 3 days (1 person was diabetic, so imagine for diabetic not to eat for 3 days) and driver or guide refused to take them anywhere they can get the food. They lived on water and some cookies
for 3 days. This is ridiculous. This company put people's lives in danger by refusing them food. 4.Only after you buy the tour you find out that the tour is Asian tour and only by an email you receive 2 days before the tour and if you call to cancel you are
told that you cannot cancel the trip, because it's non-refundable. Please, be very careful using this company. It's not worth the trouble. And the actual tours are horrible. They run through all the objects, so you cannot even take a picture. Please, don't
make a mistake like we did.
