I placed an order for a motherboard from PC Planet Systems when mine decided to die on me on 03/09/2011. Well I had not read that the motherboard was no longer produced in the U.S and it had to be shipped from China and that would take too long. No big, that was MY mistake. So I cancel the order on 03/16/2011 and am informed that they will charge a 20% restocking fee and I should receive my money within 3-5 business days...Well it has been 10 business days since then and I have yet to receive my money. They have also stopped responding to my e-mails.
Do NOT use this company. Their phone number just goes to a generic answering machine, and the only way you can contact them is e-mail. Which they ignore when they have no excuse for why you do not have your money.
