I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ovation Loans and specifically Abraham Arnous for his guidance and special efforts in my refinancing. I began the refinancing process over 2 months ago. It has required much patience but most importantly trust in Abraham. The first appraisal for my house did not support additional equity since my purchase. However, with my renovations and sufficient upgrades, Abraham felt the value was there and that an additional appraisal from a company familiar with the area would yield a more equitable value for my house. In addition, Abraham paid for the second appraisal. Thankfully, my second appraisal did yield equity in my property therefore I could qualify for the loan I wanted without PMI. Unfortunately, the refinancing process took a bit longer than expected and my rate lock expired before the second appraisal. I was getting a little depressed because the 4.25% rate was important for me, otherwise it really would not have been worth refinancing. Abraham was able to maintain the 4.25% rate for my loan with some “exceptional abilities”. I can not think of another term because I really do not know how he was able to accomplish this…I do know it was a lot of extra work. I probably called or e-mailed Abraham five times a day for reassurance and he always remained positive and optimistic and happy to answer my questions. Last evening I finally signed off on the loan and know that it was nothing short of a miracle for me. Thank-you Abraham for all the extra work and effort. My house means everything to me and I am very happy that I can now plan to pay it off in 20 years.
