Optionimports.com falsely advertises order processing/shipping times to be 24 to 48 hours (I ordered an item on 29 March 2011 and STILL haven't received it as of 3 May 2011). Their customer service is horrible in that when they are e-mailed by the consumer in regards to an order that has been placed, it takes at least a week to respond. That is, of course, the consumer hasn't already sent an e-mail demanding a response. Two major keys to a successful business are customer satisfaction and good customer service. Optionimports.com falls WAY short on both.

*Update* Conveniently, after I had to shut off my credit card due to possible identity theft, optionimports.com tried to send my part (around mid-May), after they assured me that it would be shipped on April 21st. Apparently the delay was due to them having to "special order" the part from Sparco. Would have been nice to know up front...
