The following is a review of my experiences with Onlinecarstereo.com. I have had two terrible experiences with Onlinecarstereo.com. Both experiences primarily revolve around a lack of communication on their part. They do not inform you if there is a credit card verification problem or an out-of-stock item problem. Customer service refuses to communicate with the customer. I have had problems with both of my orders, and after several days of not having my item shipped, I had to call them myself to see what was up. I asked the customer service representative to send me a quick email letting me know how his call to my bank went, and he told me to call him back in a couple of hours. He refused to communicate and was very rude. The credit card information used to verify is in line - I verified it myself in under ten minutes. Why it has taken them six days and still has not been taken care of, I do not know - they will not say. Prices are great, but can be found on other discount online retailers as well.
