I spoke to a representative, who supposedly was with the Customer Service Dept.named Brian, then when I called back for the Sales Dept, I was connected to the same person, but when there was a problem with my order, he coincidentally was "out to lunch". Secondly, I spoke with a person named William, who I hope is not the Operations Manager listed here, who from the start was rude and seemed to be in a rush. When I didn't answer his questions right away, since he didn't answer mine, then he proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back to cancel my order, all I got was "Yeah, I'll cancel your order" and he hung up. Talk about having no idea how to treat a customer, and in this economy...I don't think anyone should let business go.
