OK, here we go. I start out by not seeing my item ship. I email them, they say the items are out of stock (they don't list that). They recommend replacement products in stock, I choose a few, and am satisfied with quick response. I wait 7 days no shipping update. I call and they say they will e-mail me. Little did I know this would be the beginning of the worse customer service experience I ever had. They don't e mail I call again they say they will call back. I honestly went through this about 5 times before I finally talk to the owner, William. He explains the situation and blames it on UPS and says something about a tracer and assures me the shipping info will be updated the next day. I call UPS and they basically say he is lying and they have not received the package. I see that the shipping is still not updated, 3 days later (because of the weekend), and I call again. I talk to William again and he says he will call me back in 10 minutes. 5 hours later (after me harassing the customer service department to get him on the phone) he says It will arrive in 2 days and that he "fixed" everything. I check the UPS tracking today and see that what really happened is he shipped the package 9pm that night and It is finally on its way 18 days after I originally ordered it and is set to arrive 21 days (3 weeks) after the original purchase. If you like to spend your time explaining your shipping information to 10 different customer service representatives, being on a first name basis with the owner of the company because no one else is competent enough to help you, and waiting 3/4 of a month for your package to arrive, CHOSE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered other car stereo parts from assorted dealers on amazon, had no problems, AND they shipped within 7 days. Seriously, spend the extra money, go somewhere else.
