Ok day 1 4/18(29 hours after order placed) no product... UPS does not recognize the tracking number... Not feeling very secure in my decision to order this online... And yes not a PO box... A street address for us. I will keep this updated... ok Tuesday 4/19 7:15pm still no delivery and ups still has not tracking info... did get an email from one of their "clients" saying they felt my review was "unfair" that I expected them to ship on a sunday. I have to say I did give them the benefit of a doubt... but still nothing has come... I will keep you posted. Ok Wed 4/20 had emailed them and this is part of the response..
"UPS had lost about 30-40 packages that we have claims for each one of them currently in progress. However, since the package is lost we cannot quickly identify to whom the packages belong. With that said, we truly do appreciate your prompt email to let us that you did not receive your order, since you are most likely within these lost packages, this makes finding each client and fixing the problem much quicker. We understand that we fell short of our promise to you of not delivering your product with overnight shipping. We do not intend to short change any of our consumers in any way and are taking a large loss to make sure that every customer remains happy, our customer's satisfaction will always be more important to us ;)" then an offer was presented..... I will continue to keep you posted
5/10/11 OK I HAVE BEEN USING THE PRODUCT FOR 3 WEEKS~ so far the 500 calorie diet plan itself should have me losing weight yet I find myself not able to maintain the 500 calories all week long. I have lost 2 pounds and gain 2 pounds. I have been considering returning the product they do have a 90 return policy so I thin I will continue to try for at least one more week... then I may return it... I will keep you posted..
5/18/2011 I am returning my order I really did not think the product was helpful. I will let you know how this process goes

Hi Paula, I am the Customer Service Manager for OfficialHCGDietPlan.com, and would be happy to assist you. Based on the information in your post, it seems as if you placed your order on Sunday, expecting delivery on Monday. I am sorry, but as per the website, all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped on Monday via UPS Next Day Air, which might explain why you did not receive your package on Monday, as it was shipped on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. Since I do not have any of your information, other than a first time, I am not able to pull up the details of your order. However, have you had a chance to call our customer support line or email, as our customer support reps are standing by to help our customers with any concerns, even when UPS fails to deliver a package on time. If not, I would encourage you to send me a private message through this website with your order number so I can research your order further, or you are obviously more than welcome to call our customer support line during business hours at: 800-871-3767. Or, if its after hours and you need help, feel free to email our support team at: support@officialhcgdietplan.com. Either way, we will make sure you receive your package as promised on the website, and if for some reason UPS has failed us both by delaying the package or any other concerns, we will definitely do everything in our power to make it right. Lastly, in your post above you mentioned that you would keep us posted as to the status of your package. Did it arrive today? If not, I would encourage you to please contact us as soon as possible, so we can get this resolved. Also, if it did arrive, we would encourage you to update your post, so everyone else can hear of your experience.
