DO NOT HIRE THEM, UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO TELL THEM TO JUST CLEAN THE VENT.
I should have checked their company here before I hired them. Yes, I was naive enough to believe that we have a rats problem in the attic. He ("Tom" who says he has experience in this job for 8 years. con people, he should have said) quoted something like $3.5/sf, but just cleaning was $375. so gullible me, I paid for the cleaning the attic and he started checking other parts to charging more and changing filter for another $400 or something. so $40 vent cleaning ended up almost $1,000 in total. it was stupid of me, I learn my lesson. "Tom" said the filter has "life time guarantee", but when I told my husband, he replied "yeah, as long as they are in the business".
