My wife attempted to participate in a "Free Trial" with this company. She was not happy with the product and attempted to cancel promptly. She unfortunately did not hold on to her confirmation number and the cancellation was never processed. The company continued to ship the product as well as charge us regardless of our attempted cancellation. In addition, we both called the company requesting a full refund upon return of all of the shipped products, but were refused. The company sent us an email (which will most likely be found in the spam folder as I was informed), and I'm told another email cannot be sent assuming this one is not received. This company conducts their business in a very questionable manner and I would highly recommend AVOIDING doing any business with them.
