This company has sold me a Chrysler Crossfire 2005 model with an extended warranty and has failed to fix the electrical issues with the car. The first of issues that I had with this dealer is the fact they sold the car with a broken cupholder, a light fixture that was damaged in the cab and liquid spilled inside the gear box below the shifter. When i purchased the car i noticed was looked like polish just not wiped up on the interior center console. I noticed that the cupholder was broken so I took the car in under warranty a month after purchasing the vehicle to get it fixed. They wanted the charge me 400 to fix the cup holder and told me there had been coffee spilled inside of the center console. They said they fixed the issue of coffee spills in the center console but would still charge me for the broken cupholder. I also purchased the vehicle with a navigation system which they promised they would give me the navigation discs which cost $500 and never did. I called for months but never received them. Now i have new issues arrising with the electrical. The injecters are overly noisy which they wont fix. It sounds like it has a bad lifter. The light bulbs in the headlamps and taillights blow out every month and sometimes even two days after they repalce them under warranty. Their service department tried to blame me for installing headlamps in the car so i had them replace the headlamps. The bulbs keep blowing out and its under warranty but they wont fix the issue. They have charged me 800 dollars in triage and parts for this issue so far. The services manager Steve called me today saying that their might be a defect in the bulbs but their only solution is to replace the bulbs again. So far the car has had 9 bulbs replaced without a solution to the problem. Their service department is inexperienced with electrical issues. I have contacted Chrysler Customer Service but they have failed to help me and tell me to refer to the service department. This will be my last chrysler vehicle.
