first off ive been playing TQ's game for 2.5 years(conquer online, eudemons online, zero online), i have moderated some of their forums for almost 2 years, and what I have noticed is that TQ does make a good game.. in the beginning, and with almost every patch they make it worse, and worse, and worse, they do not listen to the community, they dont even look at the suggestions section of their own forums, they only read the threads they create for naming servers, maps, mobs, etc..
If you are to ever play a game created by TQ, do so while its new, within the first few patches, you will enjoy it then, then get bored of it as TQ destroys their own game.
TQ's customer service is also very horrible, you pretty much have to be paypalling to get a response, else they refuse to care.
My password recovery with a estimated time of a few days has taken 6 months, and still no response, and I AM ONE OF THEIR MODERATORS.

once they start listening to their community.. they can succeed
