I used this company to help my parents move to another state; it fell through. I called the company to let them know because they had their stuff in storage. I am in the process trying to get their stuff returned and dealing with this company is a nightmare! Customer Service is the absolute WRONG term to use to describe getting information or a resolution from these folks. They pass you around like the plague....I would really like to see how long it will take to get our stuff back! This is day 9 and NO ONE returns calls! I hope no one ever uses this company for a move!
