I would like to thank Peter Homer and the Nationwide Lending team for taking the time and patience to help us meet our mortgage goals. We have a "unique" property
that most lenders did not want to bother with. After many conversations with other brokers I spoke with Peter. He was very helpful and experienced with difficult loan situations. He explained several ways that we could go and that he was not only able, but eager to handle our loan.He was an invaluable source of information,and after helping us choose the right loan, got right to work making it happen. I can honestly say that Peter made us feel like he was not just working with us but for us. The process was fast, painless and now we have a loan we are very comfortable with. I will call him first with any future lending needs that we may have and highly recommend Peter to family and friends.
