I would like to extend a sincere appreciation to Nationwide. I hired Nationwide back in April 2008 to help us with our home. They were tremendous help through this process. There was many times i felt helpless and frustrated dealing with my bank. I would call Nationwide and they would explain the process(which they were right every time) and assured me that everything would be ok. My loan specialist was very patient as the bank i go through is very hard to deal with (to say the least). I have been in customer service for 20 years and have met few people that truely care about their job and customers as the employees at nationwide do.
