To whom it may concern:
I am writing this as both praise and thanks to NMRC, in Particular Mr. Derek Saunders. I had a debt from the past recently come up as a civil court matter, of which I had no knowledge of. The issue had to do with a loan that was taken out over six years ago and thought I would be able to resolve some time in the future on my own. I was contacted by a local law office and was told to contact NMRC to resolve the issue. I called and was lucky enough to have my case handled by Mr. Saunders, before speaking with him I had no idea what was going on.
He took the time to explain to me in detail the who, why, when and how of my case and help along the way to not only save a lot of time and money I do not have, but a lot of future headaches.
NMRC is very privileged to have a representative such as Mr. Saunders, whom I can honestly say is a genuine caring person. From my recent experience, I can say he seems to always try and find a solution for people in my situation rather than just take the easy way out, like many companies in the same field as NMRC do.
