I knew from the second I arrived there was something different about this place

Let me start by giving you a little bit of my personal history. I had a great life growing up. My parents always made personal sacrifices to ensure that I had everything that I needed and I never went without. I excelled in almost everything I did. I did well in school, had a great career, was a successful musician, really had everything that I wanted in life.
Regardless of everything I still had an emptiness inside. I was unable and unaware of how to take control and be responsible for my life and turned to drugs. I started out using marijuana after high school and after a short time it stopped having the effect it did initially. Eventually this lead to me using much harder drugs like ecstasy, cocaine and various prescription drugs. Through 10 years of hard drug use I caused enough damage that I needed rehab to get my life back together. Before I found Vista Bay I went to 2 other rehabs. I was miserable. Nothing made sense and I could never come to grips with the fact that this was something that I could not overcome and would have to deal with for the rest of my life.
Narconon Vista Bay gave me my life back. Not only did it give me my life back but it gave me a better life than I could ever imagine. After doing the program I can now see that I never had the responsibility I needed to survive even before I started using drugs. I am now mentally, physically and emotionally stronger than I have EVER been. One thing that really stuck out to me was how genuinely happy everyone, clients and staff, are.
When I went through the program I became very close with a group of guys who were all in the same stage of the program as me. I keep in touch with all of them and all 8 of them are doing extremely well. This is a miracle to me as I only have 1 person(out of aprox 100) that I know of who is still sober from the other rehabs I went to.
Vista Bay and the Narconon program have easily been the best thing that has ever happened to me and I am eternally grateful.
