This company has poor customer service. I set up an appointment and they did not show up. I took off work to be able to meet for this appointment, and they denied having set a time. They stated that the appointment was "open". I asked who would set an open time, when people have jobs. The customer service representative was rude, and denied that I had confirmed a time. I asked for the owner's phone number, and she refused to provide it. I would not recommend dealing with this company, as it will waste your time, and then deny their mistakes.
