Threat of a Lawsuit Gets Their Attention

Against my better judgment, my husband signed a contract with these thieves and they did nothing for us. After dealing with people that are not in the office, I got mad and took over this situation. While my husband is very trusting, I am not so trusting with these kinds of services. Most of them will rip you completely off with no regard for the damage they do to the lives of people. So, we went and consulted with an attorney and we prepared to file a lawsuit against them and also file a complaint with the State Attorney General's Office and finally the District Attorney in their area. After that, we got their attention and they gave us our money back. People, there are resources out there where you can seek recourse and shut these crooks down. Go to your internet and file a complaint with the State Attorney General's Office and contact the District Attorney in their area. The money that you give to these services, please give it to a Real Estate Attorney, someone with a license and is bound by the State to act fair and honestly. AND WE PAID WAY LESS TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY THAN WE DID WITH THESE CROOKS!!! Each price is dependent on the services needed so some times its not so costly. We hired an attorney and we will never again seek counsel from these services. They should ALL be sent to jail to do hard time at San Quentin or Pelican Bay and should be locked up for a long time. It is so unfair for people to take advantage of people this way. I wouldn't even trust the one review that says they were helped; for all we know that could be done by someone from Mortgage Counseling Services. I wouldn't put it past them. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! GET A LAWYER!! And if they've taken your money, hire a lawyer and get your money back and sue for damages. Believe me you, the threat of one changes their tune TREMENDOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!
