The worse service and no results

I started with the compnay in Aug 2011 and they were very nice and helpful "IN THE BEGINNING". After the first section we didn't hear from the attorney's for days, the only time they would call is when they wanted money. We were told that the money was to be paid after each section is done. We asked several times if the section has been completed and they said they were still waiting on our mortgage company. According to that then the section was not complete. After it was said and done I spoke with Nabil Wilson in the compliance dept and he was VERY rude to my huband and myself. He refused to give me his name and when I was explaining our side of the situation he would insult us and said that he wouldn't put in our request for the refund. They gave us the run around the whole time and never returned calls or emails in a timely manner. I wouldn't recommend to work with this people to my worse ememy. They have several complaints of the samething on BBB (better business bureu).
