Buyer Beware!!

Buyer Beware - This was not what I expected. All these 5-Star reviews just can't be real. 2 women (times) 3-hrs (divided by) 1700 sq ft = $150 and not finished (oh yeah, cash up front). I hired Monique's Maids to clean a completely empty townhome that
was primarily just dusty from sitting vacant. Problem is, after 3-hrs they still couldn't complete the job and what they completed was still dirty. When I pointed it out to them, the response was as if I'm crazy. Now they did offer to go back over what they
had already done to try and satisfy me, but what they didn't get was the fact they couldn't complete the job in 3hrs and wiping some window sills wasn't the answer. Oh and by the way, when I looked at the window sills they re-cleaned, they were still dirty.
I actually had one of the women take their finger and wipe the top of some granite that was supposedly clean, and she couldn't see the dirt that was on her finger. You should ask if they're bonded. Cause they won't put it in their own paperwork/agreement that
they will be responsible for anything that is broken, that is unless you insist which you MUST. I tried to do something nice for my wife since we are moving into a new place, but what a disappointment. Moral of story: Unless you have a personal reference from
someone, DO NOT hire under any circumstance. Also, RUN LIKE HELL when they say CASH ONLY / UP FRONT.
