right now I'm so mad I can't think of a word (that is appropriate to use in public) bad enough to describe my experience with this company. I am in Montana and bought some large items in Tenessee that needed to be moved here. They are fragile so I thought a moving company would be a good idea. When I started looking, Baron would call me 3 times a day or more - and emailed just as much. He seemed friendly enough, the quoted price was pretty good and he said he could have the items to me by next Friday so I gave him a credit card number and told him to have the items picked up. No more phone calls. The next week, I called Monday to find out when my stuff would arrive. "We don't know, the dispatcher is gone for the day - we'll call you back tomorrow". Tuesday - "We don't know, we'll find out and call you right back". Wednesday - "We don't know, the dispatcher is gone for the day, I'll get back with you by 9am tomorrow". Thursday "we never recieved payment from you - your stuff's in Florida, oh, and by the way - it's going to cost you $725 more than we quoted you". I can't believe the way this company works! I was on the phone with Samuel on and off hold for over 45 minutes, he wouldn't take anything off the price, unless of course I wanted the stuff taken back to Tenessee and dropped off, then it'd only cost $400 for packing materials and some labor and gas to get it from Florida back there -- what a load of crap!!! If you're still reading this, please, please, please do not do business with this company - I promise you'll be sorry!
