well,i should of read here first,...ordered and it was shipped as promised but received a damaged pull start,thay asked me to file a claim against the shipper,i refused and just offered to pay for the replacement part which via email they said would be $25,after this i couldnt get in touch with anyone,no respnse by email,you cant call them(they dont answer) i have never ever dealt with a company that is this bad..i now have a bike that i cant use and i will have to take it somewhere to fix as i cant find the correct part for this bike. this is the first time i have had a problem ordering something online,but its my fault i should of looked around more...what can we do or who can we contact to do something about this company??
