this is what i got after 1 month waiting for my pocket bike
Hello, You are receiving this notification if you either recently (a) requested warranty parts shipment, (b) made a new purchase which was not shipped or (c) requested a refund on a purchase. On March 15th, our credit card processor terminated our account due to processing in excess of amounts previously negotiated. On March 16th, our merchant withdrew the entire operating balance from our bank account. Given the situation we hereby inform you that we are unable to either (a) provide you with warranty on your order, (b) fulfill an outstanding order you may have with us, or (c) issue a requested refund. We ask that you please contact your bank and have them issue a refund for you. We have retained legal council are currently investigating our legal rights and options. Meanwhile, we do not wish to leave you in the dark and sincerely ask you that you contact your bank to resolve the situation on your end. Please understand that a majority of our employees have been temporarily sent home pending resolution of the situation. Consequently, we sincerely apologize that it may be difficult to get through by phone. We urge you to contact us by email instead. Until the funds are returned to us, we are sadly unable to process your transaction or provide you with additional customer service.
