BEWARE!! THIS "COMPANY" IS A FRAUD AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!! This was by far the worst experience we have ever had. We have never even posted a review anywhere before, but the general public needs to be warned about this place. Ordered a mini-quad and it came scratched and damaged; looked used. My 10 year old son rode it twice before the sprocket broke off the engine, the chain wrapped around the back axle and caused the bike to immediately lock up. My son nearly crashed. Gas was constantly leaking onto the extremely hot exhaust pipe. This company will tell you they have a 30 day refund policy until after they have your money. After that, its a complete nightmare to try to get any of your money back. Everyone will give you the run-around and you won't get a straight answer. They have you fill out a claim form for Fed Ex, trying to blame Fed Ex for the dangerous bike that USA Pocket Bikes is responsible for. Fed Ex also needs to be made aware that this company is scamming them. They will keep the money that you gave them for the bike, then if Fed Ex actually agrees to give some money for a bike that this company says was "damaged during shipment", this compnay will keep Fed Ex's money also. We told them all we wanted to do was return this bike and get a refund but they try to force this thing down your throat. They started sending out replacement parts that we SPECIFICALLY told them we never wanted. When we refused to accept the parts when they arrived at our house, they had the nerve to charge us shipping for "refused parts"!! This company is a TOTAL SCAM and they need to be shut down. Don't let this company steal your money!!! Not only will you lose your money, you will be entering into the biggest time-consuming, stressful nightmare you have ever had to deal with!! We are only speaking the truth. Everyone who has had to deal with this company needs to write a letter to the California Attorney General's office so we can get this scam operation put out of business.
