No effort or care put into work: When looking into a company to do work on our house we look for professionalism and communication. We were impressed how fast Marble & Stonelife responded to our call but instantly from the moment they stepped in our yard we were disappointed. We hired Marble & Stonelife to treat and seal our patio and coping around our pool. When we came home and took a close look at his work we realized that he didn't treat entire sections of the work area. Most of the areas that he did treat he didn't clean properly first so he literally was putting sealer on top of dirt and sand which naturally just brushed off a couple of days later. He didn't take care to move our plants out of the way before spraying his sealer so he covered our plants with his chemicals as well.
We called him and asked him to come back to fix it. After numerous attempts to get ahold of him he answered only when I called from a different number and came back a week later. He came back and I tried to show him the work that was lacking and he argued and laughed at me for everything I pointed out. I pointed out how he smoked and just threw cigarette butts in our garden and he rolled his eyes and laughed at me. He came back with a spray bottle and quickly started spraying everything not using the equipment he used the first time. He was here the the second time for less than half an hour and and again didn't clean any of the surfaces before treating them. After he was "done" he asked me what else and we pointed out again how he treated on top of uncleaned surfaces. He begrudgingly swept the dirt away and sprayed the area.
He left the second time brushing me off and not responding to me with anything more than a back handed wave.
This company was very polite to us until they got our check. It was cashed that same day and we didn't feel any respect or responsibility from them since.
Marble & Stonelife did a disappointing job and is definitely not worth the money.
