I contracted this company to move my home furnishings from Dublin California to Mountain House California, a mere total of 22 miles. The total amount quoted was $1.525.00 with everything included. At the end of the day, the bill went up to $4,625.00 plus other fees of $450.00 for a grant total of $5,075.00. The furniture was delivered in horrible condition: a brand new 50" TV was broken, most of the furniture was damaged and scratched; most dishes and pictures were broken; mattresses torn and dirty; boxes missing; an 8' ladder and other work materials were never delivered. The total amount of the furniture, which was 18 months old amounted to $33,000 USD. I made the claim to their insurance representative named Anthem Claim Management in Anthem AZ. I believe this company is also a front for this company to assist in denying any claims made against EFT Relocation Inc. So, all my new furniture, which is mostly from Macy's is now broken, scratched, and no longer repairable and cannot make any claims against this company or the people who owns it.
This company, MTF Relocation Inc. it has been dissolved, according to the California Attorney General's office, so there is no way to file any claims against them.
Be careful when contracting this or any other moving company, as I've learned.
