DON'T TRUST, RIPOFF,

with Liberty who gave us a quote of $3500.00 w/o living room set & mattresses $4500.00 w/ those items. We paid $4500.00 & Ron pushed us to pay $500.00 deposit by the end of the week stating his prices were increasing & we needed to lock them in. We also paid in full before his packers came out. We moved to PR from Nevada. We also HAD to pay per Ron $500.00 ins. that would cover$5000.00in goods. Rons 2 movers came out Feb 13,2012 & loaded on a 17ft truck & we paid to fill 3/4 of truck&we decided to pay the difference to fill the truck up&per his EXPERIENCED loaders stated that we were good&wouldn't have to pay anymore regarding the shipment. We came out of pocket that day his movers were there$975.00.We flew out the next day to PR&reached out to Ron he informed us regarding our shipment stating that we filled 9 pallets&only paid for 6.Ron&his packers stated that the 17ft truck they always use to load would fill all the 6 pallets we paid for.Weeks went by and I had to reach out to Ron where our shipment was and he stated it was being held in customs for the9pallet deal we had to pay$2500.00for the diff. of the 3 pallets.We explained we didn't have the money. If we didn't pay we would be out the almost$7000.00.Ron said he would talk them down&call me back stating he got them down to$2000.00&he would pay$500.00 if we could pay$1500.00.The tv was on the ins. list was shattered when arrived.I emailed Ron he said he would take care of it. That was 3 months ago.
This company has given us nothing but grief. Its funny most on here give reviews for Israel. Makes you think they are made up. We paid almost 10K and still have no receipts of what monies went to who and what our insurance contact info is for our damaged TV. They are not willing to help. I even took it to the BBB and funny how they respond rapidly to them but not their customers seeing how they like doing things by the book. We moved on Feb 13, 2012 and its July 20, 2012 and are still dealing with this insurance issue. So much for customer satisfaction. I will make sure I let all know about this company.
