Nick Gladwell and the rest of the staff at Liberty Relocation were sooo helpful. I had received many calls over a period of about two days. Each company had given me roughly the same price, but what I noticed, is that most of the other companies did'nt inform me exactly what i was paying for, simply just stated the price and general service.
Upon talking with Nick, he had actually pointed out that there were other shipping companies out there that added additional costs on top of their quoted price, such as labor, customs clearance and other documentation fees that i was not aware of. Nick had quoted me a price and had warned me that the only fees that were to be tacked on at the end was only materials and insurance, which is a given. All other fees such as labor, doc fees and even the customs clearance were all included in the quoted price, in other words there were no suprises.
After talking with them for a couple more days, we booked a date and began the process. I filled out a few forms which they had instructed me, and scheduled a pickup at my house to load a 20 foot container. The movers had arrived on time in uniform (very nice guys by the way) and swiftly packed and loaded all of our belongings on to the container. The container was then locked and sealed and sent off.
Everything arrived to Israel on time and perfectly in-tact, nothing had moved at all. It was strapped in very professionally and organized very neatly. Every detail of this move was a success and I already recommended them to the rest of my friends. 5 Stars all around!!
