Dishonest vendor

This company is a one man operation. He makes a lot of promises about delivery times and prices that are complete fabrications. In addition he sent me a product that was unusable. He offered to replace the defective product. However, my clients were so upset by the time the shitty products arrived that they didn't even want the product anymore. I asked for a partial refund to recoup some losses. He again, lied...said he would get back to me, then ghosted. You are better off going with any other company. I would avoid Laguna precast. He lost all future business with my million dollar company due to his negligence and terrible customer service and dishonesty.
