Although I hope I never need to do business with Kimberly Credit again, I will DEFINITELY use them again if I suddenly find myself in over my head again. They have definitely enabled me to get my life back.
Kimberly Credit CAN DEFINITELY be TRUSTED. This company has been fantastic at managing my accounts and getting them paid off in a way that I could handle. It was great when they arranged to have my account set up to an autodraft so I did not have to remember to mail in a payment. They did in 4 years what would have taken me at least 30 years to pay off had I tried to handle my credit cards on my own.
They have always been very nice to me when I would call on things like checking on my status, etc. They have been very prompt in calling me back.
I DO think it would be helpful to others if they would state their working days and hours on the message that comes on when you call. However if I had remembered that I could look up their hours on their website, I would have had a better idea when I could expect a call back sometimes.
I HIGHLY recommend using Kimberly Credit ...the one with the West Palm Beach Florida address.
