I've rented an apartment from these guys years ago. They were a nightmare to deal with. Rude minus 100. Calling to get anything fixed was terrible. And they would send a quote on quote repairman who didn't really know what he was doing. It's like picking any bum from the street and making him a repair man.
They kept part of my deposit even though the place was left in better condition than when I moved in.
They are crooks, and I know most of the management properties aren't much better--still avoid.
