Hello, I recently used this company for some basic educational document translation services and have a unique story to share. I paid $130 for an Eastern European document to be translated and sent the required documents the company asked for. Upon receipt of the documents the company had some open questions that confused me, and I needed some extra help understanding what they needed. What happened it turns out is that I asked for a service which was different than what I paid for, and that caused confusion on both sides. I saw the other reviewers quote and can attest that initially I had some challenges getting to the right team member to help me understand what needed to be clarified. Luckily the company lists email addresses for their employees on their public website, so when I was directed to use email to solve my problem that wasn't hard to do. I wasn't sure who to reach out to so I sent an email to multiple addresses, and as it turns out the President of the company read my email, and a Manager got back to me on the same day and clarified the situation. The costs and services of this type of work, in tandem with what your school requires, are fairly confusing, so strong customer service is necessary by the companies in this space if the company cares to provide a good overall experience. This company can improve their service on the front end with clearer access to the Management team for important customer sat issues, but overall there is a clear commitment to quality service. I give them a B+ on customer care and am comfortable reccommending their services.
