I am totally disregarding all these negative comments and I am about to use the services of Josef Silny & Associates, Inc, and I hope I am making the right choice by doing so. I did call twice today and in my opinion the phones were answered promptly.
Furthermore, the 2 ladies I spoke to today were more than friendly, courteous and helpful; although my questions might have been borderline silly. The fees seem reasonable to me compared to what the competition is charging; so I have no clue why some people
are complaining about the price points of the services provided. I truly believe that in a week or so, since I am going to take advantage of their 24-hour rush service, when I get my original documents back I will be posting another positive review. Stay tuned!
