Terrible customer service/communication

Total time for service 146 days! Delays MIGHT have been avoided by communicating. Getting ahold of person in charge of my case (Lilia Manrique-Fernandez) was difficult by phone or mail. As an added bonus, evaluation not sent where expected. Charged $30 extra to be emailed to FL nursing board. 172 days and nursing board still waiting for jsilny evaluation
