seems good guys....and listen, its not like the retainer is 10,000 bucks or even close. so it makes sense to take a gamble with them since they have been seen on MSNBC and are supported by the attorney general of florida. yes they are accredited with the better business bureau but only for a short time. hey at least they're with the BBB. their website is www.arlgnow.com. their retainer is based on how much ur balance is on the loan and if there's a sale date or not. The attorneys in my state and the NACA are just not so reliable. Nobody wants to mess with modifications...they have better things to do. so it makes sense to go with someone who not only specializes in them but is also reputable. lawyers need to be from ur state???? is ur maortgage 800 number based in ur state? probably not. as long as they go by ur state guidelines, ure fine.
