I don't usually write reviews but I had to in this instance. I had a bad bug problem (embarrassed to say what)and I called Janus to see what they could do for me. I called on a Thursday night and talked to Jay about our bug problem. He explained everything in detail and told me what I could expect and what they could do for me. He then came out the next day. They not only came out right away but they were friendly and understanding. Haven't seen or been bitten by anything in days now!
