Their manager, Sally Adjar, intimidates tenants, even calling police on tenants when those same tenants legitimately complain about things she doesn't want to deal with like ongoing construction noise she wants done in neighboring units. The only kind of maintenance she does is cosmetic so vacant units can be rented. For example one if the dryers in the laundry room doesn't actually heat up so tenants waste money. Her answer: some people want a dryer that doesn't heat. Actually, no, that's what the settings are for. But she won't hire a repairman. The previous rep was actually responsive and if something wasn't going to be done was honest. Sally? No.
