DO NOT Trust your iPod with this company

I sent an iPold nano 4th generation to this company and did receive a newly installed battery in my iPod - but it no longer works! I tried calling the company - gets you nowhere. When I tried to click to submit a trouble ticket it brings to an error page. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
