I went to Thailand with International Student Volunteers and had an amazing experience! (I'm a student at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, graduating this spring.) ISV was really well-organized and created program that was simply incredible! The things they plan are amazing - it's adventure, it's a cultural experience, it's a learning experience. I was able to conduct field research with endangered animals, which was perfect for me because I'm majoring in Environmental Science & Biology. I loved the program and am actually going on a second trip with ISV this summer as a post-graduation trip - this time to South Africa! The ISV staff are great at answering any questions you may have. I'd also highly recommend taking the group flight with other volunteers and adding on the optional activity package to get the full-experience.
