iKit develops unique and innovative products, but their customer service is significantly lacking. They often accept pre-orders (with payment) for yet-to-be-released items and routinely push their anticipated delivery date out by weeks or months without notice to the consumer (who have already paid for the product with an anticipated ship date). When attempting to make inquiries, iKit seemingly ignores e-mail sent to their contact address, does not respond to requests entered into the contact form on their website, and refuses to answer their phone. In short, iKit is generally unresponsive to a consumer's request for an order cancellation or refund. While I am confident that iKit delivers quality products, be wary of their customer support or their advertised product dates.
