My wife and I hired Craig Tomlin and Homesavers Express to renovate our bathroom. Craig Tomlin is a charmer from day 1 but do not let this fool you. He is very attentive and quick to return your call EXCEPT when he steals your downpayment. Craig Tomlin required 1/2 payment up front (for materials, etc) which equaled to $4500. Once he took that money...he never showed and was extremely difficult to find as he will now ignore your calls. I went to my attorney who sent legal papers to a registered address which is not even his own home...he uses his sisters friends mother's home address (I have spoken to "G" multiple times and she condemns his business practices. I was able to recoup a little over $2000 but he still owes me a significant amount of money. I have spoken to him after using different cell phones (because he ignores mine) and he keeps promising to pay but to no avail. I will be serving him with small claims court documents, therefore, if anyone has any information regarding his actual address please post. Also...if anyone has this guy at their house...please let me know so I can have him served and the Sheriff would like to know as well being that he is not licensed. Be careful with this company and do not let him fool you with his pathetic charm.
