Meh. What can I say? It's home depot.. I cannot say that I see home depot as a pinnacle of customer service, and doubt I ever will. If you know exactly what you want and don't mind searching through a warehouse with little help to find it then this is your one stop shop. They are at least trying to improve, but they still have a ways to go.
