I am writing a review on a “deep cleaning” that was to be done to my house. The company was paid for eight hours of cleaning. All rooms were to be cleaned “top to bottom.” The back bedroom had not been vacuumed well, around the walls and in corners of the room there was lint, dust and rat feces still in the floor. In the master bedroom, small items like the laundry baskets had not been moved for vacuuming. The kitchen sink still had food particles in it, and the stovetop still had dust on top of it. The pictures hanging on the wall had not been dusted at all. Being that my home is only 950 square feet, I feel that much more should have been accomplished in the eight hours that THREE employees of the aforementioned business were in my home. I only expected the “Deep Cleaning” service that was explained to me, and that I paid for in good faith. In no shape or form am I satisfied with this service, and I feel that anyone interested in retaining this service should be aware of the unacceptable service of which I received.
