This company has many corrupt business practices, but this is the biggest one. This company owns a building at 118 Carr Dr Glendale, Ca 91205. According to occupancy rules this building has one more unit being lived in than is legal. When a scheduled inspector came out to see it the owner drywalled and painted over his managers door and he had to come in through the window. They have constant problems with electricity going out and the hot water heater and the owner will not replace or fix problem.
