if i could give this company i zero rating i would. or a minus 100. do not do business with any one in this company!! BUYER BEWARE!!! i have been a client for over 5 years at the rate of 95.40 for 12 months of web hosting! Last November, a man by the name of Shawn Anderson Called with some bogus line that they were upgrading the system and that they had to show the company at a loss and then they would charge me over $1,000 to keep my site up only if i approved that on my credit card in 3 minutes of closing...well....my bad..i believed all that he said hook line and sinker and said okay. He told me that in July I could call for the money to be returned as this was a rebate. I only had one particular day to call..if i didn't ..i would not receive my money back. This was the incentive. I agreed for fear my web site would be shut down immediately. I contacted the fraud department of my credit card company and had to close the account immediately. The charges were reversed and i thought all was well. A week ago, the charge showed up on my credit card bill again...this time i was told that i had approved the charge and that Gisol had sent all the documentation supporting that claim including a contract i never saw. I never agreed to any kind of upgrade nor would i be dumb enough to pay over 100.00 a month for web site hosting. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I have tried to contact them for 3 days..i think they must be sitting at their desks laughing as they know they duped me...every time i try to call the answering machine is on, it's busy or it's a disconnected number. One number i was given is a porn site number!! These 3 jerks...Shawn Anderson, Brian and Steve have not heard the last of me yet...i will make it known that they rip vulnerable people off and i won't stop with this report. STAY WAY FROM GISOL INC OR GLOBAL INTERET SOLUTIONS AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL BE THE NEXT VICTIM!!!!
