Customer service is virtually nonexistent for this website. The right hand does not know what the left is doing and they do not even have a PR person, nor an address to direct complaints to, to explain delays or changes. If you want to know information you would have to search through Developer journals, different forums, or be lucky enough to chance on a random staff member post somewhere.
The staff is too afraid to use the announcement system for anything other then new items for sale or sponsors. If you want to know about why an item is delayed or if something changed you are sadly out of luck. I can't donate my hard earned cash to a business who never tells me what happened to the virtual items I paid for one year later. Sears or Gamestop would at least inform me of delays, problems, or backorders, why can't Gaia?
Until it starts acting like a business and treating it's customers with a modicum of customer service it really does not deserve an A rating.
