This company is taking money out of my bank account multiple times per month. I do have automatic withdrawal for once a month, however, they try to take money out several times a month and at times the money isn't there. GE Money Bank will charge a return check fee and of course charge interest on that money also. When I called to complain they said that I authorized the payment by phone when I called them. The problem is that I wouldn't authorize a payment by phone because I'm too cheap to pay the extra fifteen dollars they charge for phone payments. They insist on telling me that I called them to set it up, when I asked for a manager, he told me that it was in collections and that they called me to make the payment. They told so many lies that they didn't know to keep up with the lies that they told. GE money Bank in like dealing with a loan shark and a liar at the same time, don't deal with GE money Bank, if they call or pop up as someone trying to lend money, run!
