What can I say? Joe Todora and Patrick Hunt got the loans I needed completed; it took literally over 15 months i will say, but in the end it was done and my monthly fees are less than half of what they were! A big monkey has been lifted off my back, and Joe, and also Andrew at Fundex were always very professional, kind, responded quickly to emails and even text messages!
They offer loans for credit cards and on its own, the fees are pretty high, but in combination with other equipment, build out and franchise loans, it makes obvious sense. Very pleased.
